The Site is intended solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Any non-personal or commercial utilization of the Content is permissible only with explicit authorization from LéSiL and/or its third-party licensors. Without prior consent or authorization from LéSiL, you are prohibited from distributing, reproducing, publishing, selling, or licensing any Content from the Site. Purchase Eligibility

To place orders with us, you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• Possess a valid credit/debit card from an accredited bank acceptable to LéSiL for payment, or have a valid PayPal account, unless opting for cash on delivery.
• Provide accurate and valid personal and payment details (including email address, real name, phone number, address, and other requested information on the Site).

By placing an order, you authorize LéSiL to charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the total purchase price. You also explicitly grant us permission to conduct anti-fraud checks, such as credit checks, using the personal information you provide. Additionally, when necessary, you authorize the transmission of your information to or from third parties, including credit reference or fraud-prevention agencies, which may retain a record of this information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. All orders are contingent on stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Pricing

The prices listed on the Site are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The prices displayed at the time your order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of obvious errors. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all prices on the Site, we do not warrant their error-free nature and reserve the right to rectify any errors. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will promptly notify you, providing the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. In the event we cannot reach you, the order will be treated as canceled. If your credit/debit card is not in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final charged amount in your currency will be determined by your issuing bank based on the applicable exchange rate on the day of the transaction processing.

Acceptance of Your Order

Upon entering your personal and payment details and placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. It's important to note that this email serves as a confirmation of receipt only and does not constitute acceptance of your order. The acceptance of your order, marking the completion of the contract between you and LéSiL, occurs when we send you an email confirming the dispatch of the goods. The contract includes only the items listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch. All sales contracts are finalized in Hong Kong SAR and are documented in English.

LéSiL retains the right to decline an order at its discretion, citing reasons such as:

• Product unavailability, withdrawal due to quality standards, or shipping restrictions affecting one or more ordered items.
• Identification of pricing or product description errors.
• Failure to obtain authorization for payment.
• Non-compliance with the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Your Rights

The T&Cs does not aim to impact your rights as per the laws in Hong Kong SAR.

Liability

The opinions expressed in any media by the designers, companies, or third parties associated with the products sold on the Site are their own. LéSiL disclaims any responsibility for such views, as they may not necessarily align with ours. LéSiL does not assure that the use of the Site and Services will be flawless or that the Site or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components. It is advised that all users keep their software, including anti-virus, up to date. Certain events beyond our control, such as adverse weather, may occur. In such cases, LéSiL will strive to maintain its services but will not be held accountable for any failure to fulfill obligations outlined in these T&Cs.

Indemnification and Waiver

The TC, along with all our policies and procedures, is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The relevant courts of Hong Kong SAR will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute or claim related to these T&Cs.
