If we are unable to fulfil your order as planned because of a delay in receiving new stock or because of some other unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will then work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution, or issue a refund if necessary, per the terms of our "Return Policy."

To achieve the same visual effect as shown in the product photos, our florists will modify their designs to work with the flowers they have on hand.

Unpredictable flower availability can cause periodic shortages of certain complementary blooms. In such a case, we will find equivalent replacement flowers so as to not disrupt the overall effect.

To make alterations to the delivery details or content of your greeting card, kindly reach out to us at least two business days before the scheduled delivery.

• Adjusting or Changing Ordered Product(s)

If you wish to modify your ordered product(s), please get in touch with us for a discussion. Fees may apply based on the replacement of flowers.

• Order Cancellation
