Local delivery is available from Monday to Sunday 9 am-10 pm, with three options to choose from. For special hours, such as midnight (12 am), please inquire in advance.

1. Standard Delivery

Our dedicated courier team will handle the delivery. 

Choose from three daily time slots: 9 am to 1 pm, 2 pm to 6 pm, and 6 pm to 10 pm. 

Enjoy free delivery with no additional fees.

2. Specific Time Delivery

Please note that an extra charge of HK$200 will apply for this service. Kindly specify your desired delivery time under the "Special Instructions" section during the checkout process.

3. Urgent Delivery

We offer a special express delivery service for time-sensitive orders. Upon receiving your order, we will promptly schedule the delivery. Please note that an additional fee of HK$200 will apply.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers must provide comprehensive delivery information when placing an order. Depending on the delivery location:

A) Company:

Specify the floor, room number, and company name. Residential addresses: Include the building name, block number, floor, unit, and contact number.

B) Hotel deliveries:

Describe the delivery arrangements in the order remarks. If the recipient will collect the delivery, kindly provide their name and phone number. If the hotel front desk staff will handle the delivery to the room, kindly provide the reservation number, booker's name, and contact number.

C) Restaurant deliveries:

Include specific delivery details in the order remarks: If the recipient is a restaurant guest, provide the name and contact number of the person who made the reservation. If the recipient is a restaurant employee, provide the name and phone number of the recipient.

D) Hospital deliveries:

Include relevant delivery details in the order remarks: If the recipient is a hospital patient, kindly provide the bed number and contact number. If the recipient is a healthcare worker, kindly provide their department, position, and contact number.

Orders designated for delivery will be organized one day prior to the specified delivery date to establish an efficient delivery route. If you wish to modify any details pertaining to your order, kindly provide us with complete information no later than one day before the scheduled delivery date. Any alterations made on the actual delivery day will incur an administrative fee of HKD 100.

A) Our delivery team will make reasonable efforts to complete your delivery as scheduled. If the recipient is unavailable or cannot be reached at the specified address, we will attempt to contact you, the buyer, for further instructions.

B) If the recipient refuses to accept the item, our driver will document the refusal and report it to the shop. Additional delivery attempts may be subject to additional charges.

C) In cases where the delivery cannot be successfully completed due to recipient unavailability, refusal, or any other reason beyond our control, the order may be returned to the shop. The buyer will be responsible for any additional delivery costs associated with a rescheduled delivery.

If road congestion, traffic accidents, adverse weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances arise that could potentially lead to a delay in order delivery. We will promptly get in touch with the customer to convey the situation, seek instructions, and establish suitable arrangements and solutions.

1. There will be an additional charge of HK$300 for deliveries to the following island districts: Cha Kwo Chau, Cheung Chau, Hei Ling Chau, Peaked Hill, Kau Yi Chau, Lamma Island, Ping Chau, Po Toi Islands, Shek Kwu Chau, and Soko Islands.

2. Standard delivery excludes the following areas: Tai Tam Road (Chai Wan Section), He Tsui, Mount Butler Shooting Range, Fei Ngo Mountain, Guanyin Mountain, Tai Mo Shan, Tso Kung Tam Outdoor Recreation Center, Lower Muxian Village, Shing Mun Reservoir, Sam Mun Tsai, Tai Mei Tuk Bridal Pool, Tai Po Wanyao Road, Kadoorie Farm, Wutong Village, Tai Po Yuanyuan Road, Sha Tau Kok, Ancient Caves, Wo Hop Shek Cemetery, Da Shi Lake, Jiao Keng, Lu Keng, Wu Jiao Teng, Sheung Shui Hua Shan, Ping Che, Ta Kwu Ling , Shaling, Patxianling Country Park, Lungshan Temple, Fairview Garden, California Garden, Wangjingwei, Nimwan, Shangbaini/Xiabaini, Palxiang, Maipu Nature Reserve, Nanshengwei, Lychee Villa, Da Tang Country Park, Tuen Mun River Trade Terminal, Lung Kwu Tan, Lady MacLehose Holiday Village, Budai O, Tai Au Mun, Fourteen Township, Rong Shu O, Tai Mong Tsai, Tseng Tau, Jinshan, Ma On Shan Village, Po Fuk Memorial Hall, Dao Fong Shan , Tseung Kwan O Cemetery, Ngong Ping, Pui O, Tai O, Tong Fuk, Mui Wo, Tung Chung Road, Big Wave Bay Village, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Siu Ho Wan, Frontier Closed Area, Lo Wu and Man Kam To.
