• Complimentary Exchange

    We strive for perfection in our products. If you find any defects or damages within 7 days of your purchase, kindly send us at cs@lesil.hk to contact us, and attach photos of the damaged goods. We will arrange the free replacement procedure for you.​

    You can visit our store and exchange the goods within 7 days from the delivery date during business hours. The exchanged items are not limited to the original product or style. If the value of the exchanged product exceeds the original purchase, you will need to pay the difference. Conversely, if the exchanged product is of lower value, no refund will be provided for the difference.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee

    If the recipient of your gift is not entirely satisfied with the product, we are pleased to offer an exchange within 30 days of the purchase, provided that the product remains in its original condition with intact packaging.

    Within 14 days from the delivery date, you can visit our store during business hours to exchange the goods. The exchangeable items may include the original product or style. If the value of the exchanged product exceeds the original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference. However, no refund will be issued for the difference if the exchanged product is of lower value.

  • Terms and Conditions

    i) Lesil Care does not apply to fresh floral arrangements or personalized floral products.

    ii) Human-caused damage is not covered by Lesil Care.

    iii) Exchanges or repairs must be conducted at the store during business hours.

    iv) Customers can authorize others to perform exchanges or carry out maintenance and repairs on their behalf.
